LEGO Modular Modern Home V29

I really like the LEGO 3 in 1 sets.  With this modular modern home set you basically build a large rectangle and a smaller square that represent the 'squeleton' of the house and from there you customize them by adding modules to build one of the 3 houses below:

Version 3 is using the small square only so it's pretty small and quick to build but the end result is satisfying. It has a nice little garden with a see-saw and I really like the roof of the house with the glass panels.

Version 2 uses the large rectangle only. I didn't like this build much because the modules kept falling off. You can see in the picture the module at the front detached AGAIN and I didn't bother putting them back together. It's supposed to be a house by the water which sounds like a fun idea if the modules stayed attached together. In my opinion the problem here is that you should not have one module attached to another. Each module should be attached directly to the house. I was getting so frustrated by this as an adult, imagine how it would be for a child?

Version1, the main build, uses both the rectangle and square and most of the pieces and the end result is great! I should have taken a photo from the back as well to show the furniture inside, never mind. I like everything, the roof, the balcony, the entrance, the electric car. The trampoline can also attach to the house, this is the fun of modular builds where you can attach and detach modules as you please. The dog leaves a little to be desired lol

Sorry for the hideous lighting in these pictures. It is a decent set with 2 out of 3 good builds and the price is reasonable. I will keep the main build and maybe tweak the modules a little.
