So tomorrow I am going to Germany with my parents in preparation for Christmas. Over here Christmas is celebrated on the 24th and 25th, with the present giving/carol singing/eating happening on the 24th and then more eating on the 25th. I want to wish everyone a very happy christmas, and hope that everyone manages to survive the family dramas and gets some lovely gifts & eats some good food, because really Christmas seems to revolve around eating and presents :) And hey, I'm not complaining.

Chances are I wont be back on lj until the 26th or 27th, so good luck with the next few days flist. All of you in America suffering from the excessive snow, stay safe and drink lots of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and enjoy throwing snowballs/being snug as bugs in rugs. Those in the southern hemisphere wiht the warm weather, enjoy the barbeque or whatever you will be perhaps substituting your turkeys with, or if no substitutions I hope you don't get heat stroke.

I'm going to miss the crackers this year :( So all of you who have crackers at christmas time (apart from Australia I assume England and perhaps the states?) pull an extra one for me and put two of those ridiculous hats on. Merry Christmas flist, thank you for everything this year, especially the assurances about homesickness etc since I've moved, you have all made this year so much better for me. (Technically I should be saying that at New Years, but hey. Christmas cheer) <3<3<3

christmas crackers, christmas, bye bye flist, snow
