February Challenge Open
Your challenge is to write a poem based on one (or more) of the following themes.
Stylistic Theme:
Rhyming Couplets
Character/Pairing Theme:
One True Pairing
This month, it's up to you! Whichever IY pairing is your favorite, your absolute OTP, that's the one you write about.
Word Theme:
Romance
You may interpret "romance" any way you wish.
Guidelines:
*You may enter as many times as you want. You may utilize the themes more than once. For example, you can write more than one Rhyming Couplets entry, or more than one entry about your One True Pairing, etc. If you want to combine two or all of the themes, that's fine, too (for example, writing in rhyming couplets about your OTP's romance).
*Poems may be any length. If you choose to use the Character/Pairing Theme or Word Theme, your poems may be written in any style. If you choose to use the Stylistic Theme or Word Theme, your poems may be about any IY character(s) or pairing(s).
* Use the posting format detailed on the profile page.
* Subject line must be entitled "February Challenge" or I will assume you don't want to enter your poem in the contest.
* Poems must be brand new, written specifically for this challenge.
* Please label your tags "feb 08". Non-challenge poems should be labeled "non-challenge". It's ok if you forget, but it makes it easier for me to differentiate the two.
