Run Steam Vaults once twice to get revered.
Run Arcatraz for Kara key part 2.
Run Black Morass finishing Kara attune.
Run SL until revered with Lower City.
Run Arc until my eyes explode or revered with shatar, whichever comes first.

Get new:
Gloves
Wrist
Boots
Chest

Get Athryn to 20.
Get Rogue to 20.
Get warrior to 20.

also, SL isn't gonna get you sha'tar rep, that's Tempest Keep.

Well, technically you can if you're Aldor and not honored with Sha'tar yet. The Marks of Sargeras that drop from the demons there can be turned in for Aldor rep, and a portion of that Aldor rep goes towards Sha'tar rep. Once you hit honored, you have to do TK instances or Sha'tar quests to hit revered.

Must add 100x Arc run to that.

Because as of 2.3, levels 20-60 will have faster leveling, in terms of Blizz is going to lower the amount of XP per level and increase the amount of XP gained for questing.

i still don't see the point in powering characters up to 20 -right now- like most people seem to be trying. wont' is be just as fast getting from 1-20 after the patch comes out? :p

Yeah, but some people might want to do the level 20+ power grind as soon as it's out. :P Not to mention there's a new town of quests in Dustwallow Marsh next patch as well as upgraded lowbie items to acquire.
