Still alive. After an unnecessarily long conversation with a rep from Dell, they tell me that I need a new motherboard.
Right, that's why I'm not getting a connection.
So I called Earthlink, who referred me to their senior techs, and want me to talk to them. They told me to call back after 4 hours while they check my line. I'll call them later today. I don't want to do anything. They better send a motherfucker over here to fix it for me.
By the way, the library smells like mad B.O.
