Awesome! I love this! You make the Kag/Sess fanatic in me go SQUEEE!
Good work! And everyone is in character perfectly. ^^

Aw... Thank-you! Strangely enough, I'd just recently joked with someone that the only way I could ever write Kagome ending up with Sesshoumaru without me writing them wildly OOC was if they were in an alternate timeline, so this was far too good of an opportunity to pass up :) I love good Kag/Sess- I've just never had a good idea for them for my own stories in the canon timeline and it was great to be able to write them in a way I could imagine them working (i.e. sans Inuyasha and Rin). I'm delighted that you think that the characterizations worked -it means a lot coming from you :) Thanks for taking the time to comment!

I love the idea he has fallen for her, but never says a word about it to her until she pushes it. So stoic, so like him. Good job!

Hee. I can't see him expressing his emotions without a bolt of lightening to the head actually, but this was the best compromise I could come up with :) I always agonize over Sesshoumaru characterization, so I'm especially glad that you thought that it was in-character. I'm delighted that you enjoyed it- thank-you for commenting :)

Wow! I really enjoyed that! I've never been much of a Sess/Kag fan (more Sess/Rin or Sess/Kagura), but this was writeen wonderfully. I love the ending! It's the greatest! ^_^

I'm really glad that you enjoyed the story, despite not being a Sess/Kag fan. As I joked above, Sess/Kag is a pairing that I have a hard time writing normally, so I'm happy that you thought that it worked. And yes- the ending was my favourite part :) Because I just can't see him giving her hearts and flowers, unless the heart was still beating ;)

This was wonderful! It's so hard to find a good characterization of Sesshoumaru. But I think you've done a lovely job.

Wow... I love trying to write Sesshoumaru and it's always a thrill when someone else thinks that my characterization worked :) I'm very glad that you enjoyed the story- thanks for commenting :)

And I told myself I would never find a SessKag worth reading, or IC and non-cliched. I did. It was wonderful. Congratulations

I love it...and possibly you. ;-) I jest, great job though! You've impressed me beyond belief!

Hee. This is actually the first Sess/Kag I've ever posted because I have such a hard time trying to write them IC and involved. I'm thrilled that this appealed to someone else who sometimes has a hard time trying to figure out how to put them together in an IC way. Thanks for taking the time to comment!
