Notes: After reading all the sad stories, i had to write something nice and fluffy. i thought my heart was going to break reading all of these (as good as they all were though!) My worst nightmare is that RT is going to break them up when it's all said and done. :P
Inuyasha sat slumped beside the well, staring off into the distance. The rosary was clutched in his hand as he thought of the girl that meant so much to him. Just a few hours before Kagome had taken the rosary off of him, saying that she had to leave. Why would she do such a thing? Didn't she know how much he loved her?
A flash of blue signaled Kagome's arrival through the well. Inuyasha thought he was seeing things as she climbed over the edge of the well.
"Inuyasha, what's wrong? Why are you so upset?" Kagome was very confused as to why her hanyou looked so forlorn.
"You said you were leaving, I thought I'd never see you again." he couldn't meet her gaze as he uttered out those words.
"What are you talking about? I just went to get some more supplies, I thought you knew we were out of Ramen." she was shocked. He never showed such emotion when she left before.
"You mean...you arn't leaving? Then why did you take off the rosary?"
"I love you Inuyasha and you don't deserve to be slammed into the ground because of my anger. I thought you'd be happy, but if it makes you this upset, I'll put it back on."
"NO! I just thought...never mind, come here". Inyuasha grabbed Kagome and kissed her so thouroughly she was left speechless.
Kagome stood shocked as Inuyasha turned to go back to the village. Inuyasha smirked as he looked back at the shocked Kagome, who was touching her lips.
"Hurry up, we don't have all day!" he shouted, she smiled and ran up to walk with him.
