Paper World
This is a drawing of Jerome I made while I was watching him work one time. I'd been bored. I'd just finished reading The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman and was left with watching as he went from one website to the next, logging in, logging out, typing messages, giving orders, so I got a piece of paper, folded it in half and proceeded to draw. I didn't expect the drawing to come out so realistically. This is exactly how he looks like when he's working (a.k.a. ignoring me, lol). I liked it so much I taped him up and put him beside my bed on the wall. I regret drawing him working though because that's what he does most of the time, but it's a pretty good resemblance, no?

I got caught in a lightning storm after attending Mass yesterday. It was the typical movie-esque type of storm too, where lightning and thunder would go snap-crackle-boom! My family and I waited it out because we'd walked to church. I've missed the rain. Nothing beats listening to the rain hitting the ground while you're curled up in bed while inhaling that fresh scent of the earth that only a storm can bring up out of the ground.
I don't miss being out in the road while it's raining though. Hahaha. I've had far too many experiences of that while at Ateneo.
