i got engaged last friday!!
Musky proposed to me last friday before we seen a U2 cover band. He gave me a beautiful anchor necklace which I adore. We also we and bought a ring, mostly to please my mom but I have to admit, I love it too. The upside being, it didn't cost a lot, because I would rather spend money on the wedding then dropping some serious coin on a ring.
I'm excited and yet scared. Mostly, I'm scared of wedding planning. I thought I knew what I wanted and the minute I got engaged all of that flew out the window. I have no clue what i want in regards to details. I use to say that my mom and I would but heads when it came to planning. However, now I may just hand some stuff over to her and have her run with it. Plus, she works in advertising and might be able to score me a deal on the wedding stuff.
