Is September over yet?
I seriously can't wait for Oct. So much kick ass stuff is going to happening.
Here's just a taste of it:
- Halloween!!
-The new ams at the North Star
- Jason's woods
- possibly, the Misfits
Plus, the other fall goodness of pumpkin carving, cider drinking and leaf admiring.
I am looking forward to the end of Sept. 29. We are going to see Jim McGaffigan. I'm so ready to have a belly ache due to laughing. It will be great!
November is always good too. We have Mary's wedding, which I need something to wear. Then, turkey day which I love because it's one of the few times of the year that I actually sit and enjoy a meal. Then it's my birthday day! HOly 29!! I'm going to compile a list of things I want to do before 30. I will try to make them somewhat attainable but also challenging.
And to finish off, I stole this idea from another journal. These are what I can remember and they are in no particular order
Bands I've seen live (please excuse some of them, I've gone thru phases):
1. SoundGarden (first concert ever)
2. Steve Miller Band
3. The Black Crows
4. Moe
5. Rusted root
6. Phil Lesh and Bob Weir
7. Dave Matthews Band (numerous times, went thru a dave phase)
8. Phish
9. Goo goo dolls
10. Tonic
11. Coal Chamber (almost passed out when I met Meegs, such a crush)
12. Type 0 Negative (kind of scared me but damn, they had some fine girlfriends)
13. Travis
14. Sevendust (Lj definitely wanted to hook up with me, defintely boosted my ego)
15. Liquid Gang
16. Disturbed (before mainstream)
17. Staind (right before they hit the main stream)
18. Breaking Benjamin (way way before main stream. When the were in dive bars perfomaning covers and ben was a bit dorky)
19. Tool (so amazing!)
20. A perfect circle (amazing)
21. Incubus (this was an awesome show, I danced my heiny off)
22. Korn (early in their career and it was awesome)
23. Godsmack (eh, I mostly went because Staind opened for them)
24. Misfits (wowza!)
25. Lifehouse
26. Jimmy's Chicken Shack (awww, when Musky and I became an official couple)
27. Mudvayne (aww, I met my "brother" when Factory 81 toured with them)
28. Reggie And the Full Effect
29. Alkaline Trio (holy hotness)
30. Hatebreed
31. Heavens
32. The Get Up Kids
33. the new amsterdams
34. U2 (right outside the elipsis, whoo hoo! Bono looked at me) =)
35. Warrent (sans Janie but it was still kind of enjoyable)
