Hmmm...
I really don't get it, and perhaps it's just because I'm not a fan. But what is the big damn deal with American Idol? Why have there been reports on the news about what was going on with American Idol as if the judges were deciding the future of mankind? Does American Idol REALLY matter so much to so many people; am I really so out of touch? Or is this just another one of those things that the networks and news media think is so important when it's really not?
I really don't understand it. And it's probably because I really don't care. However, since tonight was the finale, I can rest easy that I won't have to hear about American Idol again, at least until next season...
