9:15 am this morning. I'm sitting in the manager's pit (it backs up to the front windows) getting the deposit ready. A woman walked up to the front doors of the darkened store and tugs on the door handles. They're locked, of course. She looks down at the sign that says we open at 10 am. She rattles them again. Same result. She cups her hands to her face and peers in the store. She must have seen a little movement over to her right so she moves over and peers in again. She sees me and raps on the glass and calls out - "Are you open?"
