Apparently at 9:45 we'll begin making announcements to save all the customers from believing the whole store has gone mental.

Like all of the customers will be listening to the announcement. Expect tons of strange looks! ;)

Bad form on the part of the safety gal. Bad form! She really should have talked with the store manager before laying it all out for everyone at once.
