I have to admit, that even after a month, whenever one shows up on the balcony and I notice - harder to do when the door is closed - I always have to stop and watch. Even something as mundane as just sipping nectar from the feeder. I'm really going to miss them when they go.

You've got the closest thing there are to real-life fairies showing up on your balcony and not flying away when you get close. I can't imagine that happening to me and me not wanting to tell everybody!

I have to admit, in my mind I often compare them to fairies, esp when they're flitting amongst the greenery instead of just sipping from the feeder.

And you're right, I can't imagine anyone not loving them. I even find it amusing when one of them takes a teeny tiny dump on my balcony.

*facepalm*

I'm a goner!

I could watch them all damn day. They just trip me out. I'm like 'you shouldn't beeeeeee' and they're like 'but we aaaaaaare'. The physics + cuteness gets me every time.
