33 days until i come home!
I can't believe that next week is thanksgiving. mmmm. it doesnt feel like it becuase traditionally at home its like 30-40 degress out around now and here i dont think its been much below 50. right now its sunny and 70 outside! how nice is that? but still, as much as i apprecaite the nice weather, it just doesnt feel like the christmas season will be starting in a little more than a week.
so thanksgiving, 2 weeks of classes, finals, and then home. yay! i talked to my mom for a while and she was saying how matt misses me, but doesnt want to admit it. she says he keeps asking when i'm coming home. thats the cutest thing ever! i miss my matt!
so this saturday is the last football game. too bad we arent doing well any more. 3 game losing streak :( but monday is the start of basketball season and i keep hearing about how awesome it is from people in band so i'm pretty excited. and one of the nice things about band here is that they appreciate the flutes and we get to sit 2nd row from the floor behind the basket! yay for not sitting in the back row! maybe i'll be on t.v. some time? we'll see.
