Yes, that is an extreme generalization. I guess what I mean is, things get easier. Like, remember when it was SO HARD to tie your shoes? And then it became SO HARD to beat Super Mario Bros.? And then it was SO HARD to get out of your parents' house to go to parties? And then just scrounging up enough money to eat when your declining balance points ran out on your college meal card became SO HARD?
Okay, so some of that shit still kind of applies. So it's not better. It's not easier. It's just less scary because you become more in control... but it's also more scary because you are in control. I don't know which parties I should be allowed to go to. If I don't tie my shoes, no one else will. And I don't even have a cafeteria to steal from.

But, at the same time, if I'm frustrated because I can't get past world 5, I can at least go out and party.
