All other ground is sinking sand.

Dear Grandma,
Tonight I thought about you, and realized that I really just want to sit down and talk to you again. I remember you saying, "we have a lot of memories". We do, Grandma- we have SO many memories. These are things that I cherish and love and will hold dear for all time. But, above all, I cherish one thing. You were a lover and follower of Jesus Christ, and I wish you could see me now- because I am too. I am who you always wanted me to be, and so is Rob, granted that we have our faults, you wanted us to be in LOVE with God. You taught me so much, even if you didn't know. I wanted to tell you, Grandma, before you died- that the greatest gift I'd ever gotten was the bible that you gave me for my 8th birthday, but I don't think I would be telling the truth. The greatest gift I've gotten, though from you, is not something tangible. Thankyou, I love you, and I can't wait to see you again.

In Christ, as you were,

Sarah.

P.S. I don't straighten my hair as much as I used to, and I know that you loved it curly as it is.
