OK So it took two days intstead of one. Sue me, I was busy.

Anyway, THE CONCERT WAS FUCKING AWESOME. Me and Lesley got there at exactly 6:30, so No Address was playing as we were walking in. The place was mostly empty, because No Address isn't very popular, and they werent even on the website as being a band playing or anything. They weren't bad, but they weren't great either. Then Breaking Benjamin came on. Is it me, or does that guy make alot of wierd ass fucking faces. He like tries so hard to look angry, and the smiles like a creepy clown man, goes back to angry, winks, angry, seductive, angry, childish, angry, etc etc. Wierd guy. Overall a good preformance by Breaking Benjamin but some of their stuff got montonous, and he didnt sing loud enough to hear for a good portion of the set. Second up, Staind. Yeah, STAIND. They were the shit. They played for a solid hour, with a ton of great songs, singalongs, and a bit of moshing during Mud Shovel (altho the over 30 crowd was a bit populous thus reducing the amount of craziness at the event). He is just as good live as he is on his CD's. The band played awesome, it was simply amazing. He even changed the lyrics to Its Been Awhile, which was quite amazing. "Its been a while since I said FUCK OFF!" Definately want to see them again, hopefully as a main feature. They didnt have much of a set due to them being simply an extra band. Last but not least was 3 Doors Down. I've always been a huge fan, despite my mostly more heavy tastes in music. Mostly cuz I used to listen to them with my dad when they first started making music. Anyway, the set, the sound, the band, and Justin were all, Incredible. The stage had spining gears, fireworks, 8 Flame Pits, explosions, crazy lighting, and 3 gigantic screens that showed all kinds of music videos, effects, logos, and other great stuff (including a US Soldier Salute during When I'm Gone). Love the band, they are sick live, and it was so worth seeing. Best preformance of the four.

Oh, and did I mention, that by having pit seats, I was about five or six people away from the front of the stage. When flames went off, I could feel the heat. I could see individual grains of facial hair on singers. I could see individual guitar strums! The kid next to me caught a drum stick (the bastard). It was fucking nuts! Best concert I have ever been to hands down.

Now onto today's buisness.
We all got up early to go to the beach! Lesley, Ben, Espo, Andy, and I all went to horseneck beach for about 3 hours, and got ice cream after. It was a pretty damn good time. The waves were absoultely nuts for some reason. At peaks they could knock you over, and they pulled my shorts to my knees on several occasions. It was pretty fun. And driving around windows down, music blaring, with a car full of friends is always fun. I took Lesley home at 4 for her Bay States practice (so proud of her) and went back to Ben's with Andy and Espo (and later Driscoll and Matt). We played games till 9 and then watched back to back Family Guys. Was good time. Finally earned my first promotion in Battlefield 2. Damn that game is so fucking sick. I am inlove with it. Fast gameplay, tons of action, sweet weapons, great stats tracking, and incredible graphics for such a large scaled game. Its so hard to put down. GET IT NOW!!!

Anyway, I have work tomorrow till 5, get back round 530... Dont know what I will do then. Planning on getting a Six Flags group together soon. For some time in early August. We shall organize it well!!

Dareitus Out.
