Ok so ive decided to go back to my old ways.. Last year around October i started to write down and calculate all the calories that my brother consumed & write how much exercise he does! I like to compare what he eats to what i eat, coz it makes me feel alot better.. Weird i know =]
Also im starting a whole complete new diet, i relise that all i do is fast-binge-fast-binge which is making me gain more & more... So im going to start a fresh which means starting as a normal girl who doesnt know anything about anorexia & is just looking into cutting her calories down & doing more exercise.. My plan is to start @ eating 1000cals a day max & Min of 750cals.. Then in a week or maybe 2, ill cut down to 500cals a day & then in months time i should be down to 150cals a day!
This plan i used last year & got down to 103lbs & yeah i guess this my last hope & i think it will work!!!
