Ive decided to start a "Liqued Fast" today.. I feel fat & bloated so im just gonna try & dilute my bloat lol... Anyways here the rules...

- Diet Cordial
- Diet Sodas
- Diluted, low sugar fruit Juices
- V8 Juice low sodium
- Homemade 99% fat free/sugar free Fruit/coffee Ice fraps
Exercise
These exercise must be done DAILY!
- 50 squats
- 500 arm weights
- 100 situps
- 10mins Eppetical Trainer
- 100 bum crunches
- 50 leg toners
- Ballet Pose 50 each leg
