near death
so i havent updated in a long time.
i figured now would be a good time.
i almost died last night. i was heading home from kissimee (for you ohio people thats where disney is) with joe and bailey. it had been raining most of the day and while on our way home on I-4 east joe went into a curve. while in the curve he began to hydroplane . i was sitting in the back seat behind shit gun. we nearly missed a mini van and headed into the grassy median. after that we hit a cement divider taht divides traffic east and west bound. the car cracked the wall in half and the front end of the car tilted up and the whole car rolled over. we landed on the roof and i was hanging upside down.
i spent the next 3 1/2 hours in the ER waiting for discharge. everyone in the car is fine and we didnt hit anyone else in the accident. i have a huge scratch from the seat belt on my neck. my neck is pretty sore but other that im fine.
ill tell you this, ive never been more scared in my entire life. ive also never been more thankful. if i hadnt been wearing a seatbelt i would be dead. theres no doubt in my mind. ill never forget my seatbelt again.
in other news, we finished shooting our 16mm film 2 weeks ago and began editing this week. the film will be finished by the end of the month.
I also got to work with Michael Winslow. You would recgonize him from the police academy movies and spaceballs as the guy that does the weird noises with his mouth. i did some work for his live show a few weeks ago.
im also working on an AIDS benefit in a few weeks, along with another independent film with Blue Gel Films.
So Ive been pretty busy the last month and it looks like this month is going to be another busy one.
