Accents and Englishmen
The more you are around Englishmen, the more you feel like a slob, if you're an American, that is. Seems to me that English people have grand vocabulary, and speak very proper. They must have a hard time understanding our slangish american-english.
One gentleman hailed from northern England, near the Scottish border...he had the most amazing accent, you would almost mistake it for Jamaican....maybe = meyabeya, I love it!
