Made it to 18 miles last night. That's 2 hours 45 minutes of running. Was a nice scenic route with a long gradual uphill then a long, much appreciated downhill. The last 3 miles were pretty painful, the legs just ache all over at that point.

It's funny when I run long like that I wake up in the night wanting to eat. EAT!

Next week is 20, then taper to Oct 8.
