I was in the infirmary, but I understand the vampire had no warden at the time, so he was put in Zero as a temporary measure. He was assigned a warden while he was there, and then disappeared. So no clear punishment was done, but he was caught and prevented from continuing. Eventually anyway.

Yes, ma'am. I don't think it was intended to stop only there, but no one had clear authority to do more at first. But the point was that there doesn't need to be more restraints on vampires, because the system we have does work most of the time.

I don't think this system works. We've got another guy who put a woman in the infirmary last week. His interim warden didn't do anything about it at first because someone else told her she couldn't discipline him.

Hell, if the unsorted inmates just get away with shit, I'd be pissed, too.
