Valentine's day is coming up. I guess that's exciting for some people? I hope you can celebrate friendship for it too, because that's what I did.

I'm in the hospital wing again, I'll probably be here overnight. I guess I can catch up on my reading.

At least once a week, generally.

I had an accident a few years ago. I'll recover eventually, but right now it makes me more frail than most.

I see. Take care of yourself, then. Be sure to get lots of rest so you'll heal up.

I will. I used to push myself quite a bit, but I have come to realize that only places worry on people who care about me. If taking care of myself is the only way I can take care of others, then I'll take care of myself the best that I can.

That's not a bad way to look at it. Don't forget about doing it for yourself, either though.
