A life to be thankful for
Today we started our specials rotations in OakCliff. I worked with severely disabled kids. The kind of kids that need wheel chairs and feeding tubes. It was heartbreaking.... Several kids were banging their heads on the walls, crying, drooling uncontrolably,and breathing even seemed painful to them. I wondered how it was possible for so many disabled kids to reside in one school.. then the worst part of the ordeal sunk into my head...these kids are the way they are due to the drugs their parents took and injuries recieved when they were younger through abuse. Parents... be good to your children...
