some spare time on my hands
what all has happened recently?
a girl i work with had a birthday party in my old neighborhood. the one pav got mugged in 4 times. that was fun.
the reason i'm bringing it up is because there was this girl there and i might use her for a sketch or something and i didn't want to forget about it. i forget her name... but she wore a night sleep mask on her head as an accessory, claiming it was the newest cool thing to do...
she would remind people every minute that:
a. she is italian
b. she's 27
c. she's 27
i mean... i think i was the closest to her age, being 24. she spoke to all of us as if we were children.
"oh! i like your blue nail polish!"
"oh thanks... i've had it since i was like.. 15, but i really like the color."
"i remember when i was 24, i went through the same phase! i wore this blue nail polish! those were the good old days! you kids!"
"... okay."
seriously.. would speak to everyone at the party as if we were highschool freshman. she's only 3 years older than me. is that not weird? i have plenty of friends that are actually much older than her...
lets see... what else.
horatio sans: hey laura.. want anything from duane reade? i'm going.
me: nope i'm cool.
true story. i love my internship.
chinchilla chinchilla. he's discovered his wheel but only as a place to sleep. i thought he would have something else to do with himself instead of chew on the bars of his cage, but the wheel was a complete waste of money. i'm starting to think maybe he was too. i feel bad about it, but man... little pieces of shit all over my floor are not really my idea of a homey atmosphere.
i'm thinking of doing the master cleanse again.
i slept 12 hours today.
isn't that like... terrible? i've been doing this a lot lately.
