no school today... its to cold
i have no school today so i am sitting my dad's office waiting for my mom to come so that we can go and pick up my cousins from the airport. last night, my other counsin and i saw kill bill. i cant decide if i like it yet. OH! but more importantly, i bought this great e.e. cummings book and "the waste land" by t.s. eliot. i wrote this while waiting for my mom...
the blinds cover the windows
as i look out this wall of glass
the trees standing in the courtyard
still have leaves
and the cummings book on my lap
cant help this pathetic poem
but the highway beyond the trees
provides inspirtation
for a hopeless poet like myself
but my shoes are tied
and my sweater is clean
i am going to new york soon
so that must mean something
to seek ressurection
and reincarnation
this suburban setting has taken me
for to long
i need to go back and be reborn
this offce is lonley i can feel
but i know that my father enjoys it
and i support him
and i support the notion
of forgetting how to feel.
