7x17 "Fall From Grace" Post-Episode Discussion
I'm sorry I'm late to the....uhmmm...."party" (?!) but I feel like I need to comment the episode (no, it's a lie, there's nothing to say about it, but I want to talk about Cuddy), so I'm doing the post-discussion ep. So, just in case you still want to say what you think about it....
GOOD: quoting Phil Nugent from @avclub : the most moving experience connected to the show is probably just watching Lisa Edelstein working like a saint, as she tries to navigate the currents of her character as they've been shaped by the writers' self-contradicting whims without making a fool of herself." I'm almost crying just watching her scenes. Everything else is crap.
BAD: Cuddy's hair color. She's better with darker hair!! When she's brown, and the lights are on her hair, all you see is yellow!
The thing is: writers made us "hate" Cuddy cause she hurted House.
Now they want us to "hate" House cause he's hurting Cuddy.
Result is gonna be: "see? they hurt each other, they're better as friends, let's move in that field".
Sorry, not playing. They were perfect togheter and after 7 years creating this relationship, I refuse to be "played" by this stupid trick. It doesn't work.
WTF: "I don't sleep with married women"?? Uh?? And Stacy?? And Lydia??
And the House-slut kiss was just a slap in the face.
I wonder how LisaE is feeling about it. I remember she used to say she was "jealous" of Cameron....What about this, now?
