Age: 19-20ish? It's a guess, relative to Tetsu's age and the rest of the captains.
Height At least 5 ft 10, or whatever a head taller then Okita is. Tatsu is actually one of the taller people in the Shinsengumi, thus disproving the hight rule.
Weight Skinny plus muscle equals search me.
Eyes Greenbrownhazelwhatevers.
Hair Brown.
Physical Traits: Other then the Jedi haircut, Tatsu is just another guy who used to support himself doing physical laborer work, and is built as such. He's skinny because he hasn't been paid much in the past two years, as well, and is only starting to fill out again. And has a case of nervous gastritis, which seems to only flare up for comedic purposes, so.
What's Okay To Bring Up Around Him: Echoing the rest of the cast in that it's not okay to bring up the stuff at the end of Shinsengumi Imon Peacemaker / the anime or events after the Ikedaya Affair. Other things like the historical angle is fine and will just cause normal confusion.
Abilities: Is good with paperwork, can hold a sword like a decent beginner and flail about with it like a fool, but is a pacifist and will not do so under normal circumstances. Can run really fast instead.
Note for Psychics: Is normally worrying about Tetsu, his work, is he doing it right--OH SHIT A ZOMBIE RUN. You get the idea.
