I was glad to be away from my life, now that I had the memories back I wasn't sure that I wanted them back at all. Instead I found myself standing in the middle of a church she had pulled me into, Sophia explaining to me that this was a place of sanctuary. Was it? I always hated church back when Mom used to actually make me go. Before she got so drunk she stopped remembering God.

I watched a figure running in through the doors, desperately, helplessly standing by as Spike of all vampires chased her down and bent her down in front of the altar, pressing her into the floor. She was so scared, her energy was filling up the room. Swirling around and invading my veins like the Orpheus had done.

That was how she found me. She found me, because she found Spike. For a second I was a little hurt by that, was she just waiting for Spike to come and find me so she'd have him instead?

Some insane part of my brain wants to reach out to that scared girl on the floor, protect her and show her that she can be strong. But it's too late, he's gonna kill her.

"Spike." I said, and that was all that needed to be said.

I ran into the church and stopped when I heard Faith say Spike's name. I could see...Spike pinning a girl to the floor and preparing to kill her.

The brunette with Faith turned to look at me and smiled at Spike and me, "Just in time for the show, but it's a repeat for Daddy."

Her arm snaked around Faith's waist protectively and possessively as I tried to figure out what the hell was going on. She was a vampire and Faith was with her.

Looking at Spike I said, "What is this?"

The girl on the floor, the innocent human version of the girl pressing her lips to Faith's temple was screaming, "PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T DO THIS. DON'T KILL ME, PLEASE."

"You killed her. She's yours."

"I was once, but now I am hers and she is mine," The vampire said flashing me a smirk. "You can't have her back."

One point we were in the apartment and the other we were someplace that was awfully familiar and became more and more familiar by the second. It was her, both of them, really, but it was her. Sophia. Could smell her all around me and could smell the fear that came off of her in waves. I clenched my teeth together as I followed the two inside of the church that I made Sophia.

Connor and I walked in, watchin' the display, the repeat of what I'd already done. Sophia was showin' Faith this? Why .. how? All along, it was her and when I saw her with Faith, standin' there and holdin' her close, somethin' inside of me just wanted to rip her soddin' head off.

I watched myself as I killed Sophia expertly before glancin' over at Faith.

"I don't think that's for you to decide, Sophia," I said and headed over toward them. Or was it?

"Faith?"

I smirked at my daddy when he announced that it wasn't for me to decide. He didn't understand. I was different now. All grown up and bigger and badder than he could ever be.

I could hear my younger self drinking deeply and the process of her transformation was almost complete.

Tugging Faith close, I kissed her neck, right over one of my bites and looked at my daddy and the boy he brought with him. He smelled like family too, but he had a heart beat. I could hear it.

"You don't want to leave me do you, Faith? You like it here with me. We play the best games together. I bet they don't play as nicely as I do."

I saw Connor and Spike, but at first I thought I was dreaming. And then I realized how easy it would be for them to find me on this side. Can't find me on the other side, maybe they're too fucked up to, or maybe they just don't care. No. Connor would find me, I knew that he would, he always does. Kid's got a nose like a bloodhound too.

I could hear Sophia, human Sophia screaming as Spike taunted her and then finally killed her and I slowly looked up at Spike through hooded eyes, ripping my gaze away from Connor.

Without any warning at all I ripped myself out of Sophia's embrace and knocked Spike to the floor. "STOP HURTING HER YOU BASTARD STOP FUCKING HURTING JUST STOP!" I yelled at the top of my lungs as my fist slammed down hard into his face three times.

What the fuck? She was attacking Spike and this vamp bitch had obviously been feeding on Faith. Well okay, Spike fed on Faith and me too, but it was different.

"Faith, knock it off," I said, as I grabbed her shoulder to pull her off Spike. Next thing I know the vamp bitch was on me and lifted me with one hand and threw me so hard across the church that I landed on a pew and broke it.

Okay. She is a little too strong to be a vamp. I jumped to my feet, but she was already stalking toward me as the other her was carried off by other Spike. God this was confusing.

I punched her hard in the face, hard enough she should have went down, but she lashed out her foot and knocked me back to the ground.

"Spike, call your crazy bitch off me."

"Crazy?" She said in a weird tone before grabbing me by the hair and dragging me toward where Spike and Faith were. "Do you want me to spare his life or do you want to watch me rip his insides out and strangle him with them, Faith?"

Stood there for a moment and then Faith was on me, done knocked me down, punchin' me in the face. Third time she stopped and I knocked her off of me only for her to jump on me again and start all over again. I could hear Connor gettin' it too and I reached up, grabbin' Faith's arms before rollin' her over so I was on top of her. Just tryin' to restrain her.

Sophia then brought Connor over by his hair.

"Let him go," I said and looked up at her from on top of Faith until suddenly I was back down on my back with Faith on top of me.

"Sod this," I growled and vamped, my arms gettin' out of her grasp before knockin' her on her back and I was finally on my feet again as I went for Sophia.

Did he really think he could tell me what to do? No, I don't think so. I smiled and said, "Of course, Daddy," then I threw the boy into Spike so hard they both went flying into a wall.

I was on top of Spike before he could roll completely off the boy and slapped him so hard across the face the sound echoed off the walls.

"I was looking for you, but you know what? I found her. She is everything I have ever wanted and needed, and I am not giving her up."

I pushed him back to the ground and kicked the boy back down when he tried to stand up before walking over to my girl. I cupped her face in my hands and kissed her so hard that I was surprised the entire church didn't shake. She was a part of me and I was going to teach her to be just like me. She was my reflection and I would be hers.

Breaking the kiss I whispered in her ear, "They couldn't even find you in the real world, and they can't do anything now. We should teach them to be good and mind their manners."

I smiled at her as I looked over at them. Such blue eyes staring back at us.

"I think they like watching us kiss."

I didn't want her to hurt Connor but Spike was distracting me when he rolled over on top of me, just like he'd done to her. It didn't take me long to get the upper hand again though and I knocked him on his ass before he was up and flying at Sophia but she showed him. Showed him what it was like to hurt.

I had just gotten back up to my feet and was about to grab Connor's hand and pull him away from Sophia and Spike in case he tried to break it up again but Sophia intervened and kissed me so hard it went straight down the length of my spine and back up again, makin' my head feel wicked dizzy.

I hated that the boys were trying to pull me back into who I am. I don't like that, it's nothing and that's why when I'm with her I'm empty. There's nothing inside.

Nothing but her.

"Don't come looking for me." I finally said to Connor, because out of the two of them he was the one who would probably be more persistant about it. No. I'm not going back. Never.

Don't come looking for her? What the fuck? Okay she was on drugs, obviously, since we were hanging out in Orpheus land, but she wasn't making sense.

I took a step toward her, snarling at the girl who smirked at me. "I will always look for you. I've been looking for you ever since you disappeared."

"And what a bang up job you did there, kid." The girl said as she wrapped her arms around Faith and held her tight. She was infatuated with her, but it went both ways I could see it.

"Is she hurting you? How long before she turns you into what she is?"

"I like her warmth. You don't understand her just like Spike doesn't understand me."

She looked at Spike and asked, "Do you like watching us? I know he does. He likes it a lot."

Like we weren't goin' to look for her. We'd always look and we'd do whatever we had to do to get it done. Wouldn't stop ...

I just kept on watchin' them as they talked with Connor, makin' sure she wasn't goin' to go on a kickin' arse spree that she's been doin' since we've been here. Not that I blame her, would be doin' the same thing to keep what I wanted.

Took a few steps toward them and kept my eyes on Faith and listened to Sophia.

"Nothin' I havent' seen before," I said as I looked at Faith. Course ... it wasn't her 'n Faith, but I've seen Sophia with others. Wasn't that big of'a deal. Wasn't lettin' it get to me, but I'm sure that Sophia could already tell. Bitch she is.
