i'm back to the basics of thankfulness. I dwell so much on why i am here and why i have the girls in my cabin and what i can offer them, and how to do better and be more passionate and influencing them that i forget to genuinely be thankful and love and delight in the fact that i am at camp.
i get to hear a message every day, sometimes twice a day
i worship through music twice a day 6 days a week.
i have 30 minutes set aside for quiet time 4 days a week by the influence of a loud speaker
i love being here.
i'm learning how to love - 1 john 13:18
Dear children, let us not love by our words or tongue but by our actions.
1 week, 1 day left of camp 2006 - the core
i wont be in goose creek/charleston for probably a month. i'll be in columbia until classes start at least, might come down for a day to pick stuff up so i can go to class and move into my apartment. yay
