I used the same method on both of them. i duplicated the layer, select top layer, filter>noise>median, layer>add layer mask>reveal all, then go to image>apply image, and i entered in Layer: Background
Channel: RGB, Blending: Normal, Opacity: 100% and make sure there is a check mark in "invert".(sometimes, [maybe i was doing something wrong] the invert made my picture mess up)
filter>stylize>find edges, gausian blur of about 1 pixel, and i added overlay in the blending options to make it look more... dreamy if you will lol.
