Almost as weird as this: Slavoj Zizek on a lame talk show called "Nitebeat" with a host who starts the interview by saying "Jacques Lacan was a French psychoanalyst. He makes Freud sound like a simple valley girl. Lacan's theory of how the self works is so complicated that it makes my teeth hurt to think about it" Then he pronounces Zizek's name like "Slah-voge je-jek". Then Zizek says "I prefer it the wrong way."
