I was done with this ship by 1x19, and I watched them all in a short period of time because I bought the DVDs pretty much right off the bat. I liked House/Cameron AND House/Cuddy. Then Cameron lost all of my respect when she quit because she could only deal if he liked her back. He didn't, so she quit. SERIOUSLY? Then she bribed him into taking her on a date because him citing her being good at her job, him needing her in a professional capacity - wasn't enough of a reason to go back. She pushed him on the date, she was smug about it all with Chase and Foreman, she was just... Out of her depth, stupid, weak... And I just do not see how they could ever be compatible. GOD I could go on about this forever. Then while all this shit was happening, we got the beautifully un-romanticised and complicated House/Cuddy in Babies & Bathwater. Heart was won.

Brifely, yes. I think that given too much attention they drag the show down and make it too saccharine or excessively angsty in a suuuuper annoying way. I don't think there's much middle ground. I just never supported the idea of them being together romantically and I'm glad they didn't ultimately go with it. Andy/Angela on the other hand I will never, ever understand and feel that it has decimated one of my favourite characters and they've made Dwight/Angela into... something they're not.
Which ship do you prefer 2 (Ned/Olive) or 4 (Michael/Holly)?
That's really fucking difficult sdfhgsjdf!! Umm, at this current moment in time I'm really loving Ned/Olive. Comfort Food ("HEY! CLEAN THOUGHTS, PAL", "partner", hobbits with jet packs, ETERNAL FLAME!! ♥) and The Norwegians (THE ENTRY TITLE/CUT, I FUCKING DIED. DIED) were especially brilliant for them. And earlier on, Bad Habits. I melted when he apologised to her for the way he's treated her.
... I know it will never really happen (I mean... it kind of can't now, fail) but I think it could have worked and I love Olive and djfsdg. The recent episodes have been wonderful for them. I just find them really interesting and heartbreaking and tragic. And I love everythign Cheno has said about them lately, too.

Lol, this was a jooooke. Nothing, I find absolutely nothing interesting about this ship. Quite the opposite. But on a personal in-jokey level, I love the shit out of them and I couldn't think of anything else to go in this slot, lol.
Why did you stop liking 7 (House/Cameron)?
LOLOL. This was brief. I picked up House when 1x10 aired here. I was done with this ship by 1x19, and I watched them all in a short period of time because I bought the DVDs pretty much right off the bat. I liked House/Cameron AND House/Cuddy. Then Cameron lost all of my respect when she quit because she could only deal if he liked her back. He didn't, so she quit. SERIOUSLY? Then she bribed him into taking her on a date because him citing her being good at her job, him needing her in a professional capacity - wasn't enough of a reason to go back. She pushed him on the date, she was smug about it all with Chase and Foreman, she was just... Out of her depth, stupid, weak... And I just do not see how they could ever be compatible. GOD I could go on about this forever. Then while all this shit was happening, we got the beautifully un-romanticised and complicated House/Cuddy in Babies & Bathwater. Heart was won.
Did your waning interest in 9 (Ned/Chuck) kill your interest in the show?
Brifely, yes. I think that given too much attention they drag the show down and make it too saccharine or excessively angsty in a suuuuper annoying way. I don't think there's much middle ground. This show excels when they use the ensemble to their full potential. Or like, focus on Olive. Because if you don't think she's the best thing about this show, you are lying to yourself.
