HOUSE PROMOS, IDEK I CAN'T THINK OF A QUOTE ATM

I NEED TO TALK ABOUT THIS. Because I am incapable of not instinctively slotting together all the information I get. And it is driving me crazy. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK OR HOW TO FEEL ABOUT THE MANY THINGS THAT I CAN'T STOP MYSELF FROM THINKING. So I am going to post this and then can we all please lose our shit and speculate? Because SJHDFSDF I AM GOING INSANE.
See, I had convinced myself that the most likely outcome to the spoilers was that the ~miracle~ was that Cuddy finds out she is pregnant. And we missed the conception and then House/Cuddy fans across the land would want to kill themselves. Because either Cuddy is pregnant with some random dude's baby or we missed House and Cuddy having sex. Which is all kinds of tragic and lame. But ugh, all of the "True Blue" bollocks and then her getting a "surprise", and the "miracle" - and it's Christmas. Generally it's like, you say miracle at Christmas, I say immaculate conception. It all fit. I'd kind of wondered if maybe her asking him about a relationship is this week afterall, and then they're kind of a couple. And we just miss all the sex :( - and it accounts for this "fondling", though isn't necessary for the "fondling" to take place. It is possible. Not sure how I'd feel about it (mostly pissed we missed the sex) but it's possible. Except that nothing involving a baby = happy House imho, so it doesn't fit with the House/Cuddy Christmas stuff being satisfying for them both.
Then the promos happened.

02. Just HOW hot is Lisa Cuddy? (No need to answer, that was rhetorical) IDC how any of you feel about the bangs, look at her back in that first one. My GOD
03. WHY IS HER NAME ON THE WHITE BOARD? Crossed out. With a tick over it. With "brain" written next to it with the same treatment. Like, what? INTRIGUED.
04. HOW cute are the ducklings? This has nothing to do with anything but AWW, LOOK AT 'EM. WITH CAM IN HER LITTLE SANTA HAT. AWW.
05. ... What is the deal with all the ones of Cuddy with the POTW. These worry me, and I feel like they may be connected to the surprise, somehow. I'm wondering if the ~miracle~ is that this teenage girl is pregnant without knowing (it happens) and somehow this all relates to Cuddy. I just... don't know. It's a worry. Because I don't get how there's a "satisfying" and to any of this and this is HOUSE. They don't DO happy. These characters are pathologically miserable.
