one of my good friends is staying with me while her and her husband transition to moving to North Carolina from Cali.

she's been watching my eating habits, i think she found the ana sites on the browser and she's paying CLOSE attention.  I'm kinda worried about that.

She leaves tomorrow and then Wednesday everything should go back to normal, hubby

utimately take comfort in the fact that your the type who can pull off "hot" at any weight, just reminding you;) ughh so i have really fucked myself this weekend, im trying to get my metab up today by eating little meals, but my heartburn is so so bad from purging all day saturday. ughh i never wanna eat again, all this food is still in me, pizza,a whole box of cereal, ice cream...its obscene.im gonna do another 3day fast though, wed-fri if youre in and tomorrow is a 400 cal day, im so mad at myself, and the horrible thing is that today i feel so sick with heartburn/constipation, indigestion, that i didnt bring my gym clothes and i have no intention of workin g out, it hink ill walk around a bit and maybe run tonite. well tell me how youre doin.
