good grief, an actual update
Hey kids.
I suppose I should actually start doing real updates again now I'm not doing mp3hursday for the forseeable future. I don't know what I'll post though. Maybe text files of all the intros from all twenty-nine shows I did. "Walking through the forest of audio with a really big cake" is probably the one I'm most proud of. Twenty-nine shows! That's thirteen hours of radio. Exciting.
Speaking of exciting, a man came today to fix our satellite TV connection for free, because we threatened the company we'd cancel our subscription if they didn't sort it out sharpish, saving ourselves £65. Hooray! Now I can actually watch TV without it cutting out halfway through.
Speaking of TV, the first four episodes of the new season of 24 have leaked on BitTorrent, over a week before the US premiere and two weeks before the UK gets them. Needless to say, I've downloaded and watched them all. Sweet merciful god, I love 24. This is shaping up to be the best series ever, and that's based on four episodes. If you don't watch 24, now is the time to start. The season starts on Sunday 21 January on both Sky One and Sky Three, so you Freeview kids can watch it as well (just the premiere, though). Alternatively, get downloading the torrent. It is, without any doubt, the best television show of the last five years, and you'd be a fool to miss out.
Speaking of fools, I thought this was worthy of documenting.
