So, M just left for Goderich...He has to be at work tomorrow morning at 8am in Kincardine. It's been one hell of a day and i'm beginning to think that the rest of the week isn't going to be much better. We started the day just fine, then around 11 all hell broke loose when he called in to check on the status of his security clearances. They were

know exactally how you feel - Matt and I hadnt been appart for more then 24hrs when he got the job down here - then he was gone for the workweek for 9months before got the house

Unfortunately we're in a holding pattern really. Because it's the union that sends him out he's working only what they hand him, right now, it's 8-10 weeks and should be done by the end of October...which is what they're telling him anyways...since they only got 12 guys rather than the 30 that the Bruce asked for from the union things may drag out longer... if it turns into a long-term situation, then we'll look at moving up there. Luckily enough the house issue isn't a problem at all. M's brother still owns the family home up there and if we move up that's where we will be going, the kids will get to grow up in the same house M did which they both seem to think is kind of cool. To be honest, i'm not all that stressed, i was Monday..but mostly because there was so much to do and not enough time to do it. Now, i'm just lonely, kids are at their Dad's place for their last 3 day visit of the summer and i'm all by my lonesome at home...He's not much better, he's staying at some little motel near the plant this week until we can find him

the good news is, kids go back to school next week so we'll be back into a routine and i will be occupied for most of the hours of the day. Once that happens i'll be much more settled into this whole thing...for now, i'm just miserable! I had to kill my own spider today...i was not best pleased!!LOL
