remodeling !
i just want trading spaces/while you were out/clean sweep/SOMEONE to come to my house, repaint everything, and save me the trouble of picking out colors. but instead, i am begging you all to help.
i have already used all my favorite colors on our new room/the kitchen, and my creativity is all puttered out. SO: if you could paint the following three rooms any colors, what would you pick?
so first, remember that we are in the process of reorganizing the house, and none of these rooms are in a state that we are satisfied with. random furniture/no shower curtain=roommates took their stuff and we are waiting to buy new stuff until we at least know what colors the freeking walls are going to be. which is where you all come in.
so first: the office/bedroom. i am looking for a color that is energizing for the day (office), but still subdued enough to be able to sleep (bedroom).

next: the bathroom. IS TINY> grrrr. i was thinking browns, but that reminds people to much of poop i think. or perhaps it would make them more comfortable pooping. hmmmm... but be as bright and colorful as you want, as it is a TINY TINY room and bright colors may bring it out more...
LAST: the living room. this too is a room on the small side of SMALL, and with no real light source, (the only window faces north, and there is no overhead lighting) we can't go too dark in here either. I am thinking a darkish accent wall on the fireplace wall, but... i don't have any idea what color, or how to not make that look dumb. :/
so have at it. suggestions are AWESOME, and there is a very good chance that i will use your ideas, as tom wants to get the house painted, and i am falling behind.
