(no subject)
Unable to sleep much last night; work dragged for me as it was extremely busy and I was barely functional. However, pleased that a couple of coworkers asked me to do IVs for them as, they said, "you're so good at them." Nice to have the skill returning.
Today was DH's birthday and his coworkers threw him a party which I fully intended to attend; I came home and laid down for a nap so I'd be awake for it. DH tried to wake me before he left but he says I kind of grunted at him and rolled over, so he went without me.
One kind friend gifted him with a bottle of Scottish single-malt.
Crashie slowly improving, but I did see the poor baby lying on the patio with his head back, trying to rub the top of his head on the concrete. Itchy, I guess. Poor precious baby.
Saturday going to Anacortes arts fair with cousin; Sunday have proposed a trip to Powell's with Bunny, but have not heard back from her. Suspect she already has plans.
It's cooled down, but it's so muggy here. At least it's cool in the mornings which is nice and indicates the approach of Fall.
