I still can't believe we went to reno????

it's been a really long weekend, full of no sleep. I didn't have to work, so sarah and I drove to reno to go see a show. It was rad.. we had fun. wasn't a big turnout, but it was awesome regardless. The bands were the vampirates, twice, the subject of us, seveneyes, eightimesover and berzerk. I had seen them all before, except exo.. so I was way stoked. The whole show was to raise money for this little boy's liver transplant, which made the drive even more worth it. The plan was to go, then drive back the same night.. which ultimately did not end up happening... the show got over at 11.. we would have gotten back at around 6 or so. so we stayed there, and left early in the morning. I would take the drive to reno over the drive home anyday.. it was way prettier, and on the way back it felt like we were driving the back roads at home.. only at like 70. haha.. even though its like an hour or so longer.. on our way back we encountered many things.. deer, the wrong way! and pavement ending!?? yes.. the pavement did end.. and yes, I wasn't paying attention and hit it going 40.. so we swerved and slid a little.. no biggie.. heh.. and yes, we did get lost. because being the stoners we are, we drove past things thinking that we recognized them, when in reality, we were just stoned the whole way there, and would have recognized anything. so our minor detour tacked on about another hour.. meh.. it was fun, well worth it. I'd do it again. haha.. thanks reno!

the bad part about this whole trip, was having next to no sleep, then coming home only to get a call from my co-worker, not naming names... (tiffany) saying she was sick, and wanted me to cover part of her shift.. well fuck, i needed a few hours, so i did it. what can I say, i'm a sucka for makin sandwiches! so yeah, that was my weekend
