My head hurt so damn bad yesterday- all the way down to my lower jaw. It was warm out. Today I woke-up and it was chilly and I don't have even one tiny pain. I'm so looking forward to warmer weather, but I have to figure out how to avoid the head pain that comes with it. I've been on his weird ant-headache diet (in which I can't eat most of the foods I consider good for me and that I like- no beans, nuts, tomatoes, citrus fruits, dried fruit, aged anything, fermented foods, no breads with fresh yeast, no seeds- it goes on and on) that turns out to help. The one thing included in that diet that I haven't done is give up caffeine. I'm scared of the headache it will give me to quit coffee. Plus I love coffee- the smell, taste, ritual- the way it makes me think of my Nana's percolator, my Grandma's kitchen and my dad. But after yesterday, I want to try anything that will help with my head. I'm going to start weaning myself off it.

I still want to dink something warm in the morning, but I can't have decaf or tea or hot chocolate either and I'm not fond of green tea. Any ideas?
