Last year someone on my friends list posted monthly shopping lists for people who wanted four (or was it six?) months worth of supplies on hand. I wanted to go back and print out the lists, but now I can't remember who made the posts. Anyone remember

I keep carrots in my fridge for months. I've never tracked how long, but I'm sure for at least 8 weeks. By the end they're a little floppy and sometimes hairy, but after they're peeled and cooked you can't tell a difference.

I'd be interested in seeing that link if you ever find it.
