Tonight I went to see Bianca's cousin (whose name is also Bianca) at Nature Coast. She was Maria in West Side Story. I didn't like the story, or the theater (theater... HA! The one thing Springstead has better than them is our theater.) Well, the story was interesting... but not my kind of story. (Note that the kinds of stories I like to read are the exact opposite of the kinds I like to write. I'm weird like that.) I'm glad the ending wasn't like Romeo and Juliet (as we feared it might have been.) Call me weird, but this was the first time I'd ever seen it. Except once when I was younger, on the Animaniacs. I don't know if you remember them, but on the Animaniacs there were birds called the Goodfeathers and they were New York pigeons, and once they did a huuuuge spoof of WS with Pigeons vs. Sparrows. It was an awesome spoof. Some of the kids weren't that great but a lot of them were really good, esp. TheOtherBianca.
Meagan had come with us and paid for a ticket, but had to make an emergency phone call and wasn't allowed back in to actually watch the show. WTF????? That was a huge injustice, in my opinion. She actually wanted to see the show, too.
Afterwards Bianca's family invited me to Chili's, so I said yes. I didn't want them to have to take me home and go all the way back or something and I figured Bianca really really wanted Molten Chocolate Cake and I didn't really feel like going home so I went and chilled yo with her and her cousin. Since it was late everything was weird and nearly everyone had a problem with their orders or the check or something. So we got there a little before 10:30 and didn't leave until it was very nearly midnight. Bianca and I shared her cake, and while it was really, reeeally good, they didn't melt the fudge all the way through (Bianca said "IT'S NOT HOT INSIDE!!!!!" and so we ended up with a big hard lump of fudge left over. As much as I love love love to eat, even I couldn't eat that lump of fudge, so we left it. Also, I finished TheOtherBianca's fries.
They played a Beatles cover and an EXTREMELY obscure Paul song (in a row!).
So, the night was really enjoyable and I had fun. I even felt a pang of SHS loyalty, imagine that.
