Uhm... hi!

I'm Ilyana Rydel and I just got hired for the medical team. I just wanted to introduce myself before I started work and hopefully get to know whoever I'm working with.

So... hi. Again. [nervous laugh] Sorry...

So, what's your specialty area?

Ah... well... I was waiting to get in to the nursing program at my college back home, so I was taking classes in homeopathic medicine and botany, and I've also taken a couple of trauma aid/first aid courses.

Hmm. Well, there are plenty of experienced doctors around to help you out. At the very least, you could help out as a nurse until we get you trained a little bit more.

Oh, of course! I'm fine with that. I'm kind of stuck in a wheel chair for a while anyway, so it's probably better that way. Plus I was going to take some extra courses at the university in Neon.

That's good. Do you mind me asking what happened?

Well...

Before I came here, I was actually in another world that wasn't my own. All I knew was that the place me and these other people were was once called Solluna City, and... it was dead. Just... a dead world.

Some things were still living but they weren't... normal. Like animals that had nothing but skulls and teeth and red eyes for heads... we called them Gimas. And... well... a Gima got me. I was out with a hunting party and we were ambushed. I was torn up so bad... I should have died. But I was dropped here and I lucky enough to be saved.

But... I don't know when I'm going to be fully recovered. If... at all. I can barely stand up on my own and moving my legs... it feels like there's weights tied to them any time I do...

I see. We can probably do some examinations and make sure your spine is fine. We have some pretty good medical facilities, but I'll have to ask whoever is in charge if it's alright.
