Girls who drink heavily but leave with their friends don't get date raped. It takes two to tango and one of the partners can be dropped by some simple responsibility before hand.
Oh my GOD. Yes, people DO get raped in these situations. THEY DO! And even if a girl didn't have the foresight or common sense to make precautions, it is not her fault that she was raped! It is the fault of the criminal for committing the crime! The reason so many women don't report that they have been raped is because of all this 'ethical' nitpicking! WHAT? YES, it's fair that a girl holds the PERFECTLY SOBER man who had sex with her when she wasn't coherent enough to consent responsible for his actions!
