(no subject)
So just some random thoughts on movies I've seen....
Movies:
Little Miss Sunshine-Waaaay to funny! I was literally laughing so hard I was crying! Rather on the dark humor side but v. funny! The ending was just so shockingly funny!
Wooster and Jeeves-Jeeves' Arrival-So is this where they got Ask Jeeves from??? Any way we already know that Stephen Fry and (mind blanking-the guy from House) are abolutely hysterical and together-well even more absolutely hysterical lol! Too funny!
Ladies in Lavender-Good but a sort of sad bittersweet ending! Judi Dench and Maggie Smith are wonderful as they always are playing two sisters during (I'm assuming WWII) who find a mysterious man wash up onto their Conwall shores. And I love the violin so that was cool too:)
Books:
Gregor the Overlander-How cool is this series! I've read 1-4 and now I have to wait for 5???? How unfair lol! I think it's a great fantasy for children and can't wait for the rest of the series. I really thought I wasn't going to like it when I read what it was about but really wound up enjoying it! Will Gregor be able to save the the Underland from total destruction???? Do he and Luxa have a future together???? Well at least it's due out before the last Harry Potter book so I have something to look forward to (as well as the release of the latest No.1 Ladies Detective Agency) until then!:)
