Curse you Jasper, NY!
Sometimes I get horribly lost in Southern Tier WNY because of roads being poorly marked and end up driving around for four hours trying to get home. Then I run out of windshield washer fluid so I spend the last hour of the trip driving bent over like an old woman, attempting to peer out of the bottom of the winshield, the only part that is not horribly smudged and dirty.
What have we learned?
1) Keep a map of WNY in your car at all times
2) Keep windshield washer fluid in your car at all times
3)When you go away for a weekend, remember to bring your cell phone charger so that your cell phone doesn't die in the middle of four hour-getting lost trips.
4)There is a town in the middle of nowhere called Jasper, NY in Steuben County. I hope never to see it again.
