Oh yes. I like your Dan so much. Fierce little bastard isn't he? Just almost totally how I see him, not interested in having pretty hair or whatever, but step on his toes and he'll come after you with everything. And the suggestion of the similarities between them but also a lot of their differences, it's very clever. Martin as Dan a few years ago, I like that. The opening speech from him was very Agger-like, when Dan came he talked about how his aim was immediately play in the first team, yet I can imagine that he must've had similar doubts to Martin as to whether he was actually better than Sami. And as you see Dan in Martin you get the idea that there was once maybe a Martin in Dan, that Dan reacts against seeing a vulnerability in him as it smacks too much of past vulnerability in himself, but maybe that's me taking it a little too far.

There's a lovely urgency about it too. A real sense of 'fight or fright?' you know. Martn backing up till he couldn't anymore but also that sense that were Dan to hit him he would hit back just as hard. Mmmn, and Dan's anger, Martin's silent encouragement, the licks of the lips and that the hand on Martin's chest that is bigger than his own. It's like sex without the actual sex! Yum.

He indeed is a fierce little bastard. Suit him more than naive child, no?

I was looking at pictures of Skrtl on google yesterday and he seems to have followed a lot of Daniel's style patterns. Spikey hair, blonde highlights. Virtual mullet. Short, short, and then shaved.

Yet, something about him screams softness, and i cannot explain what it is. He looks like an angry fuck but I cannot help but think that he is probably a gentle monster, you know?

But, you are indeed perceptive. I often think that Daniel might be the type to totally rebel against seeing someone with his own vulnerabilities. He might think that smacking it out of them would be like smacking them out of himself. Is like self punishment but with the benefit of deflecting onto somebody else.

Sex without sex.

My fave thing.

Yes. Freshly shorn head for his move to us, it seemed to me. Like he saw pictures of Dan and thought hmm, and copied him. I wonder if Dan has noticed? Hah. If he and Martin ever play together in the center, which I'm sure they will at some point, that will be something to stare at!

Yeah there is something a little vulnerable about him, especially looking at older pictures of him. He has very thin, in some way almost feminine lips I think. Was watching clips of him against H&W on YT today and when he's on his back with his head in the medical guy's hands he looks a lot less fierce, a little worried actually! He also has the skinniest arms.

Yeah, exactly. He would beat it out of himself but hate the memories that would be left of his weaker self. I imagine it would be instinctual for him to go for it in someone else, especially someone so like him, or supposedly like him. And afterwards if they called him on it, it would be a shrug and a 'so?', as he almost sees it as a favour, that he's helped them towards being stronger too.

You write it so well, my dear. And these two were just asking for the kind of angry building tension you built up here.

New start. He actually used to be very pretty and young looking. His lips are downturned. If they were upturned, they would be girlish, very pretty. Something that would look perfect wet, glossed or bleeding.

I look forward to the foreign twins in central defence!!!

He has the vulnerability that Daniel never had, and I like that. I like that he looks like such a tough, evil bastard yet he does not look unpleasant or arrogant.

Oh he actually looks dazed, lost, a little scared, very submissive to help in that clip. Have you noticed that when he gets injured he looks like a frightened little boy? Daniel just looks angry.

Indeed. He does not like the thought that he was once that way, too, a little unsure, a little out of place. If he can wipe the look of fear or discomfort off another persons face then in some way he is wiping it off his own.

He might be the abused turning the abuser in that perhaps Sami did that for him when he first arrived.

Took him aside.

Stole his innocencer, per se.

Aw thank you dear <3

Not quite so tough, eh?

Not indeed, no. That second one in particular he looks so so young. Rather thoughtful too. And that first one, yes, I see what you mean about his mouth. Wet, glossed, bleeding - all works for me!

Yeah, dazed, that's a good way of putting it. Those last few seconds of him lying down you only see the lower half of his face and he is so pale and a little clammy and just talking to the guy like he needs the reassurance of having him talk back. Dammit I could so see that in him now, he's pushed a little too far by somebody else and suddenly his eyes are wide and he's looking around him, not keeping his head still, worried until his face is clasped in their hands and he's told he's okay, told what he has to do. I'm not sure if I can see Dan doing it for him or not. Whether he would get a slap to snap him out of it or whether Dan would play some kind of fucked up nurse, tell him not to worry as it's all okay now, he's here, and then hurt him some more instead of playing nice. Maybe Dan would even bandage him up - wrap those wrists together for him so he couldn't hurt himself - and then start dealing out his own kind of medicine (testing each bruise to note the reaction, finding each sore spot to gauge how much Martin can take and then giving him much much more).

I like the idea of Sami breaking Dan in in the same way Dan does Martin. If Dan is hard than Sami is still harder (perhaps the only person on the team capable of taking an arrogant Agger down a peg or two? perhaps the only one capable of pounding out the impurities and turning him into beautiful unbending steel?). I'd much rather piss off Dan than him. Is an interesting idea indeed. Especially, actually, when put up against ideas of the Finnan/Arbeloa trainer/trainee relationship. I think they both have their brutalities - lost places etc. - but are also both so very different.

Hmm, you have me thinking about this a lot as you can see!

Works for me, too. Do not know why. I realise that people want him to be some tough maniac but I just do not see it.

He seems to be testing his vision, too, looking around, a little scared. His face expresses no pain (I dont think thats the issue with him, more the fear of being injured, the implications of such) but he does not trust himself to sit up. When he feels hands on his head he seems better. Kind of nods his head. Answers a question.

When he hurt his wrist he looked close to tears until the physio took hold of him. The big, shaven headed terrorist became a vulnerable, scared little boy.

And, God, am I some kind of sick bitch that your little scenario kind of does something to me? Testing each bruise, offering more, tying him up with the pretense of preventing further injury but really for control; to push him some more.

To nudge him till he screams and snaps back. Lesson learned. Monster released.

Would he want the fucked up nurse? Would he respond favourably to the reassurance? Retracting it, like Daniel might, it might send him spinning. Its the stroke to the cheek that precedes the slap. The comfort before the hurt.

Tis like a hierarchy. Sami to Daniel to Martin. A little Family Tree. To learn. To be taught. To rebel against the learning. Then, to excel.

I like your thoughts. Very much!!!

Hahaha, I've only just noticed that you called him Squirtle up the top of the post. I must've hit the footballslash link first. Damn that made me grin. I'm going to have to call him that in my head now.

Yes, implications. The thought of getting injured early on, being where he is now, I guess, stuck missing out on all the fun. I guess it's the one thing you can't protect yourself against no matter how hard you build yourself up to be.

Ah, well, if you're a sick bitch then I am too. Dan'd do the wrists first, probably all 'let's bandage you up then' and Martin would allow it, a little confused as to why the other hand is being brought over too. And then it sinks in as he looks down at the white being wound round him again and again (nice and secure because Dan is familiar with bandages, knows how he likes it himself). Then maybe the stroke to Martin's face, a few cooing words that he almost doesn't hear because he's thinking about the fact that he's just been tied up by Dan Agger and it's probably turning him on a bit. There's a rougher hand round the head turning him back when he looks somewhere else and then Dan considers wrapping the lower face too, just as tight, a little asphyxiation to see how panicky Martin can really get. He wants to see how long it would take him for him to stop looking around wide-eyed and to start to kick out and begin to really fight for his oxygen. But not this time, he thinks, it might be a bit much for the first outing. Instead he puts those big hands on Martin's thighs, squeezes hard as he can, and says 'time for a real workout now I think'.

Aye, I like the idea of the literal hurt/comfort (or vice versa), the whole pretence on Dan's part that this is something to help him heal when it's much more something to help him crack and then scar. I think he would accept the nurse, kind of. Even though he might catch on that it was insincere, compared to Dan's prodding and slapping it would be okay. He would need that second in between every so often to catch his breath and feel the palm just resting still against his cheek, maybe even the fingers impatiently forcing his mouth open telling him to stop biting his lip and breathe instead. He has no safe word, does he? Nothing he can use. The sane part of him says Dan would stop if he asked him too, but the other part says he's stripped and bound and that Dan might just laugh and carry on. So he likes the lifeline, though Dan, I'd guess, would slowly start to retract it more and more. How does he snap though? At one point does he bite back? When does it all become too much, or too humiliating to be just taking? I'm not sure.

Yes, the family tree! That would be a fucked-up yet enjoyable lineage to be a part of indeed. Gonna have to go make an icon for one of these two now. Put on some angry music as I do so..

Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtle, no?

That is very true. Injuries are part and parcel of the footballers existence. No amount of toughening up can prevent them. Though in some cases, I think some vitamin injections might help. Some of them are far too frail!

We can be sick together then, thankfully. Ha, nice and secure, almost tight enough to cut off circulation to add a bit more discomfort but not quite. Not quite. Just tight enough for the hands and the fingers to tingle and the veins to stick out. The stroking, it makes a blushed face even hotter, and when he starts to lick his dry lips then Dan knows he is doing something right.

There is no safe word. There is no implication that it might be needed. It is untrod territory. An unexpected deviation from the norm. The rougher hand worries him. He tries to speak back but Daniel tells him to be quiet. Says that words do not matter, he does not understand them anyway.
The hard slap to bring him round leaves an imprint on his face and on his mind but its Daniels eyes that hurt him more. They are full of intention. They are completely focused. They scare him. They leave him turned on and aroused and he has never combined the two. Martins first thought is that at least he has his legs free; knows he can kick hard if needed.
That is his escape route. That is his guarantee.

Is a deepfed illusion. Martin chokes on it all. Hurt. Comfort. Dominance and soft, almost loving sincerity, yet deep down he knows that none of the sincerity is real. He feels mocked. Laughed at.
He wonders where the hidden camera is.
He inhales deep through his nose, yet Daniel wants him to open his mouth. He wants to see those lips part. He wants to see that tongue flicking out, moistening the cracks.
I do not know at what point he would bite back. When he realises that he has no say and no consent? That this will play out how Dan wants it, and he will not be allowed any input?
Perhaps he snaps when he realises that this will be the set up for the rest of his existence here, but what does he do? And, is he rewarded or punished for his desire to even the scores?

Ai it must be written.

Dan puts heavy thumbs to either side of Martin's left knee, rubs for a second and then he squeezes, pressing hard till he can feel bone under his fingertips. His mouth opens as he watches the skin turn white under his hands and Martin stares at the teeth that are revealed, notes their same colour. Dan jabs his fingers behind the joint, pats where it's softer, where there's a little less hair. He says 'What would we be if we were born without legs, you and me?' and as he does so he threatens with his hands, tiptoes his fingers over the lower part of Martin's calf, leaves little pink marks from his short nails as he pushes into skin again. Martin's nostrils flare, but he doesn't reply, just purses his lips, shrugs, and then makes the mistake of glancing away. Dan pinches him hard and doesn't let go even when Martin jerks his head back round. He demands full attention, does Dan, 'watch me do this to you' his eyes say, 'look away and I'll fucking cripple you right here'. He is carefully putting on a nice show for Martin, and Martin himself is the show.

Each of Martin's legs was bought for £3 million, Dan's were £5.8 for the pair. There's a discrepancy there, Dan thinks, he has yet to see anything from Martin that would suggest he is any harder than him, any faster, any fiercer, any better. 'Rising prices,' he says outloud, 'I don't buy them. What are you really worth?'.

I think Dan probably wants it both ways. He wants to break Martin, rid of his fallacies and all that, but he also wants to be the powerful one, doesn't necessarily want to create an equal. But then again maybe there is something in him that looks back to his days in Martin's position and likes the powerlessness of it. I think with most people who enjoy control they are acutely aware of both sides and I imagine he'd enjoy having someone who could push him about a bit at times. Would take him back to being Sami's disciple and all the fun he had then.

And, Martin would lie there, back arched, eyes angry, so angry, so insulted at the question of his worth, and he would say "I"m worth more than you think. More than you know. I'm worth more than you could punch out of me," and Daniel would lean forward, close enough that the air turns stale between them, and would say "Who said anything about punching? I'm not a man who relies on brute force to get my point across. You should know that."

Martin would know it well. He would see it, here, here in the mocking, jeering eyes that say "You question me?" and that ask "You think I won't do it?"

The threat would be there, with Martin immobilised and restrained. It would be there as Daniel asked "Where would I be without you?" - the implication of first name on the team sheet, no competition; of automatic successor.

Of Fan's favourite.

It would all be there.

"What if I were to rule out the competition?"

That's when the struggling would begin. And, how far would he get? One wrist free, or nowhere at all?

Ai, i can see what you mean. Although I like the idea of Daniel being this way with Martin; leaving him tied to a hotel bedroom, perhaps, as they room together on an away trip. Leaving him half aroused and completely helpless, and taught, disciplined, left hanging. I like the idea of him being this way with Martin and then meeting Sami half way. In a hotel store room located on their floor at 2am.

No words exchanged. Daniel just drops to his knees.

Gone is the teacher. In seconds, he takes back the pupil role.

He reverts back to exactly the position Martin is in, only he is more disciplined; he does not need to be tormented.

A simple click of Samis fingers, and he is practically on his knees!

My God, how much do I want to read or write that.

Oh those pictures. Fuck me! he is a gorgeous thing, he really is. That one with the water in particular. Makes me want to do things to the back of that neck.

Struggling to be free, damn he'd look good doing that. So angry and twisting and scrabbling, rubbing the wrists together, trying to lever them apart, even maybe bringing them to his mouth to try and rip his way free. Dan would just look on, amused probably, still a touch condescending, his smirk saying 'you can't even wriggle free of a bit of bandage?'. After awhile he would offer a hand out and say "Here, let me," but Martin would know better by then, would know that the hand would only be snatched away as soon as he reached for it, so he ignores him.

When Martin shifts further up the bed, leaning back against the headboard and pulling his knees to himself, Dan grabs him by the nearest ankle and drags him back down. Martin kicks but Dan just crawls over him, pushing each leg down onto the bed with his own and starts to lick his chest to distract him. He leaves casual bites in a little circle below his bellybutton, scratches his sides with his nails. Martin pushes at his head with the heels of his hands, but Dan doesn't go anywhere, and so he ends up with his fingers clutching in Dan's hair, tugging at what's left of it as Dan's teeth tease him. Dan only pulls back when he is all pliant again and then he slips his hands to the side of sharp hips and looks up calmly. "I thought you were getting free?"

Martin kicks again then, a lot harder than before, and Dan just laughs. He leans forward and as he does so he cups Martin's crotch. "I don't think you even want to get loose," he says as he gives a slow, lewd rub.

Then with a kiss to a flushed cheek that tries to shy away he says "I'll be back later, don't wait up".

The ultimate cruelty that would be, leaving him there turned-on and tied up. But it would be worth it for the scene later, when he comes back and finds Martin sitting watching TV, waiting for him despite the late hour. Unbound finally, but with wrists still raw and red and no shirt, marks all over him, and his eyes immediately fucking angry. Not wary anymore, not after that, just angry. His glare would say 'you have hell to pay for' but in the end it would still be Dan who decided. He might shrug and just get into his bed, turn over and sleep, ignoring Martin completely. Or he might say 'yes, so what are you going to do about it?' and then he'd have a big armful of Martin pushing him back towards the nearest wall, rough and with a mouth full of teeth. (but underneath all that Martin would still actually be acutely unsatisfied, would still be wound up with the ideas that Dan has planted, and in the end it's Dan who takes charge though he's pinned to the wall, Dan who winds a hand down into his underwear and lets Martin finally unwind himself, Dan who finally coaxes him to orgasm, Dan who claims him there with something as simple as a splattering of come in his palm).

Oh Dan & Sami. Yes, they would be hot. Dan coming straight from Martin, straight from being 100% in charge, and going to having no power at all and being the one who has to bend. And the obedience, yes, the sudden feeling that he needs to earn Sami's respect however necessary, and the urge to be used, to switch everything off and concentrate only on one man. I would very much like to read that too. If you don't write it I would try. I think I'd rather write Martin than Sami though. You've got me hooked on our little Squirtle now..

ivorylasenza February 23 2008, 10:03:26 UTC
Oh that is just fucking fantastic. I, too, am addicted to Squirtle in all his shaven headed wanting to be tough bravado but, really, he has cupid lips and large, scared eyes, so how could he possibly be as tough as he likes to believe?

Oh, the come on the palm really did me in then, love. The whole anger of it. Salt into the cracks, so to speak, as Martin moves his hands down to touch himself, just to be sure, as his own come combines with his own raw wrists and makes him breathe in through his teeth in aching, stinging pain.

Perhaps afterwards, Daniel truly does bathe his injured wrist, made worse by struggling, truly stiff and swollen, now. Perhaps he holds ice to it, elevates it, looks him in the eye and asks, okay?

Oh we must write our little fantasy up properly. Even if it only gets us off, that is enough, right?

Reply

magic_beans February 23 2008, 13:16:48 UTC
Oh the bathing of the wrists, yes. That would be rather lovely. His acknowledgment of Martin passing the first test, or at least surviving it. And of course Martin couldn't really see to them both on his own, needs someone to help him a bit. And come on his poor chafed skin, I like that so much. Release but a release with a bit of a sting. Even in the heat of the moment he doesn't get to escape from what's gone on before.

Yes, yes I too feel it should be written. Even if just for us! Is my housemate's belated birthday celebration today though, and I'm going up to Oxford tomorrow. Though I'll be around later in both evenings. Don't know how you wanted to do it anyway?

Oh, fantastic.

Perhaps can write something up tonight or something and you can add your twist?

Ai, we are sick.

Though you know, as sick as I am, I cannot ever look at Eduardo again. Poor, poor fucker.

I would say his career is over, now.
